    for numbr 80 u didnt have to run around that buildin. wer the pigeon was jump on that then look to the otha bit around the other side of the buidlin n u will c the same bit the pigeon was on on the other side u couldve jus jumpd on that n shot the pigeon from ther instead of runin around the buildin

    I was in this same …
    I was in this same position. I had 1 pigeon to find and I went through a guide twice. I ended up finding it while driving Packie home from a visit to a strip club. It was on a bridge(I don’t know how I missed it, maybe it’s because there are many different bridges). My advice is to take a break from looking and go for other achievements. You might just come across it by accident like I did. Good luck. :)
