You know those …
You know those little toothpick-like tools you can get from the drugstore? like a metal hook-ish type thing? I use a clean one to stick into the well and lift the pan from the bottom. Very quick and easy.

FYI, I was able to …
FYI, I was able to get my MUFE palette a while ago by calling the NY boutique; and they were really nice about taking my order over the phone. for three palettes, I believe the shipping was 6 or 7 dollars. LaFemme and Ben Nye palettes also fit MUFE shadows. L’Oreal HIP shadow duos fit in these palettes as well.

In Southern California, Nigel’s Beauty Emporium sells the MUFE shadow refills for $13, I assume they also sell the palettes. This store is located in North Hollywood. Great Video!!!
